This document sets out our privacy policy commitment in respect of personal information that you may provide to us voluntarily or specifically. We abide by the National Privacy Principles for the protection of personal information, as set out in the Privacy Act and any other relevant law.

Bamford Partners collect only personally identifiable information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors to Bamford Partners Website. The information we may receive from you is limited and identified as company name, address, email, telephone, facsimile, as well as any additional information you may wish to include in correspondence to:

- Distribute requested reference materials;

Bamford Partners collect and receive personal information submitted by you to conduct our business.
Information attained by the site is used only for the intended purpose stated at the time that the information is collected. Our commitment to data security
Bamford Partners will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information by storing it in a secure environment, and when the information is no longer needed for any purpose, for which the information may be used or disclosed, it will be destroyed or permanently de-identified. Our policies are kept up to date with changing law practices and expectations. As a consequence we may change this privacy policy as may be necessary. This privacy policy came into effect on the 20 August 2007.
